I'm no expert but you can't go wrong with mirror lures mr17, topdog jr., power teams jp hammer shad has been a great soft plastic DOA shrimp all work. I have good luck working any of these along long grass lines and near drops around oyster bars and in flats. Ncpierman is the expert on drum here though

Fish 84 Biggest tip I can give is persistence....I say this because the spring fishery can be here one day gone the next. Like was mentioned above all the artificial produce well, Find a ledge or structure (Oyster beds etc.) concentrate your efforts in them areas....Also change in depth can be a major key. I have been out and the guy beside me was fishing a hole that was about 2 ft. deeper then I was and he was getting fish 5 to 1 on me.
As a side note why not sign up for the boards we are all friendly and feel the more the merrier

Rapala xr8 in pearl! Troll it too. Boat or kayak. Specs love it. Funny thing is I catch more trolling than when I stop at a "good spot"!

Z-man chatterbait redfish is my go to lure for reds. Flounder love it too.
